Delivery and tracking

Delivery charges may vary depending on the destination. Details of postage and packing will be displayed at the checkout page. Any delivery times quoted are in working days. Delivery charges do not include import costs (such as taxes or import duties) that may be due when packages reach the country of destination.

All YONI orders are shipped from Zagreb, Croatia. Please allow 1 week to produce before shipping. 

STANDARD SHIPPING – YONI ships items with HP (Hrvatska Pošta)
Europe;  app. 1 week (10 EUR)
United States; 1-3 weeks (20 EUR)
Rest of the world; 1-4 weeks (20 EUR)
Croatia;  2-3 days (4 EUR)

Please note, these are only shipping estimates, as standard shipping is not a service with a guaranteed delivery timeframe. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or delivery charges. Orders shipped to EU countries are free from any import duties or taxes.

All orders are traceable through the methods provided by HP. Once the order leaves YONI’s warehouse you will receive a tracking number via e-mail which you can use to track your order. At any time, you can check the status of your package using the link in the shipping notification. 

Unclaimed packages will be returned to us. For all unclaimed packages you will be debited all fees in connection with the return delivery.

Goods will be dispatched within 7 days, on regular working days, Monday to Friday. You will be informed about the delivery time on the respective product detail page and before placing the order. All orders are traceable via a tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email. YONI bears no responsibility for delays caused by payment authorization, stock availability, customs clearance processes, faulty delivery information or any other unforeseen activities. or errors in connection to delivery.

If the goods are no longer available, we will immediately reimburse you for payments already made.

Returns, exchanges and refunds

If you wish to organise a return and exchange or refund of any item purchased through the Site please contact us at [email protected]. Once the return has been completed, we will refund the amount you have paid for the returned item or exchange the item within 10 business days.

YONI has a 14-day return policy. Any returns must be shipped/postmarked within 14 days of being received. When returning a product you are obliged to keep the product in the same condition as when delivered. All original packaging and price labels shall be returned with the product without having been tampered with. Otherwise, the product does not not qualify for the return policy. Please note, an item can only be returned if in its original, unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged condition. Shipping charges are non refundable.

All exchanges are based on stock availability. Shipping charges are non refundable.

Sale items are non-exchangeable but can be returned for a full refund. 

If the product is damaged or does not correspond with how the product was presented on the site you have the right to enter a claim and we will replace the product. If we are unable to replace the product YONI will refund you the money. When we have received the product and approved the claim you will be informed and a new product along with compensation return-shipping costs will be sent to you, or we will refund you for the product and the return-shipping costs.
