Ordering

Your shopping cart on the Site displays the goods you have chosen to order. Once you place an order and we confirm payment,  you will recieve an order confirmation e-mail which is an an acknowledgement that YONI has received your order. Once your order has been accepted you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail. YONI reserves the right not to accept or deliver your order for any reason without any liability to you.

A binding contract is concluded upon receipt of the order confirmation. 

You may purchase products on the site for personal use only and not for resale. By placing an order on the site you certify that you are purchasing the product for your own personal use and not for resale.

Prices, Taxes, Import regulations 

Prices on the site are shown in EUR. 

All customers are billed in EUR and the final price charged to your account or credit card will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your bank processes the transaction and according to their rates. YONI has no control over these rates and do not take responsibility for any potential exchange rate differences or exchange fees levied by your bank.

Croatian VAT (25%) is included in the price shown on the site. For outside the European Union, VAT will be deducted at the checkout. In the checkout, prior to placing a binding order, you can see the total price including all fees, taxes and shipping. 

Outside of EU, your order may be subject to local taxes and import duties, which are levied by your local customs authority or the used shipping carrier. YONI does not cover any such taxes, duties or related charges. 

In some cases items may not be deliverable overseas due to local law and it shall be your responsibility for any failure to deliver the goods overseas due to local law. YONI is not liable for any breach by you of any laws.

Customers from Croatia can pay in kunas via bank transfer. Please, send your order via email [email protected] for this payment option.The items remain YONI’s property until the purchase price has been paid in full. 

Refusal of Transaction

YONI reserves the right to refuse any unusual order or any order placed from a client with whom there is a dispute concerning the payment of a previous order and to cancel the purchase at any time if any suspicion of fraud is raised, without any liability to you.
